This is a website that allows students to create their own newspapers, brochures, booklets, and flyers. This will help students create their final product, if they choose to not use Microsoft Publisher.

Human Resources
Only one teacher is needed to teach this lesson/project. However, it can be expanded over each subject areas classes, which would mean more teachers would be needed. Since this is a project based learning experience where students learn to create on their own, one teacher would be plenty. Although there is not a specific place where students would be taking a field trip, if you are teaching in an area with a World War I museum nearby, it could be a worthwhile trip to get students more interested in the subject.
